Beyond 20/20

When reporting LEOKA victims via XML files, the tags listed below are required to avoid the file generating errors or being rejected:

• a <Person> tag that contains the demographic information about the victim
• an <EnforcementOfficial> tag that contains the LEOKA-specific information, including activity type
• a <Victim> tag

All of this information must be appropriately linked by means of the <RoleOfPerson> tag in both the <EnforcementOfficial> and <Victim> sections.
