When a state uses FBI Web Service to submit NIBRS data to the FBI, the FBI might raise warning DQ1201 with the following message (note as of May 2022 messages raised by the FBI are all uppercase):

WARNING - BURGLARY INCIDENTS WITH LOCATION 14/19 AND 14/19/99 PREMISES ENTERED

The FBI might report this warning when the Location Type is 14 or 19 and the Number of Premises is 14 or 19 or 99. Beyond 20/20 Crime Insight does not report this error when the Number of Premises is 14 or 19 as the description of warning DQ1201 seems to indicate that it should only be raised when the Number of Premises is 99. Beyond 20/20 feels that this is incorrect logic implemented by the FBI.

In the technical specification, we can see this:

Based on the description, Crime Insight is correct to not report an error when the Number of Premises Entered is 14 or 19. The client can confidently clear the warning.
